Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 10-day return policy for orders shipped within the United States. All international sales are final, with the exception of defective or damaged items.
Eligibility for Returns (US Only) To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items The following are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items purchased with a promotional code
- Accessories (wallets, cufflinks, neckties, valet trays)
- International orders (except defective/damaged items)
How to Request a Return Email support@militeschristi.shop within 10 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Defective or Damaged Items — Worldwide If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect — regardless of where you are located — contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion. No return shipment required for defective items.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only. After that, orders cannot be cancelled as they enter fulfillment.
